I've noticed a LOT of obese people riding around on scooters these days because they're too lazy to walk, thereby getting even more enormous.

And "American" cheese? Is that because the beef does not come from one cow or one sources but multiple countries?

Every time I got back to the US to visit I am amazed at the size of the portions. It is out of hand.

AMERICAN CHEESE is cheddar that couldn't make the grade and is then mixed with chemicals to make it unfit for human consumption, then processed and called VELVEETA American process cheese, packed in slices, some celo wrapped as singles and sold as Cheese, even have that shit here in packages in Lotus, Carrefore, Big C and other markets,
Lay a slice of that shit in the reefer and it will not mold or change in any way, lay it on the table and it will dry up like a shingle but will not rot, so think what that shit does in your gut..

But it is not the size of the food order that makes ya fat, it is how much of it you poke down your throat,, I have eaten there lots of meals and I never have been fat, but i ain't afraid to leave what I don't want to eat.

Correct, but like I said, it is "Up To You" what you stuff in your mouth, and just because it is there, it is not a law that you have to order it or eat it if given to you.,
Fat seems to be a matter of choice to some, I have a friend here who is Swiss, some have seen him on my last CM trip,
He comes to my house for dinner sometimes and so we eat the same things, only he eats 3 times as much as I do, I am comfortable with how much I eat and I am not fat, he is, and I live so I am getting plenty of food to sustain life.
I went with a female Choctaw Injun and she was a big girl, and maybe a bit heavy, she thought she would diet, we were in a cafe and I ordered a Crab salad, hot weather and it would be nice for her to see, rather than me eating a steak and spuds, she ordered a large shrimp salad, I ate part of my salad and she ate all of hers, when I said something about the diet, she said well it isn't fattening,, "No but your stomach should get so it is not expecting large quantities of grub, and by eating all of it you will never train your gut to expect less"
It is not what you eat, but how much of it that makes you fat,, along with how much asstime you spend and how much you move around.

While my asstime is considerable, I do stomach crunches while posting on TD.

My asstime is the greater part of my day anymore, but I still weigh 70 kg. but do not stuff great quanitys of grub down my pipe either.:)
