The easiest and fairest way of paying for the cost of constructing the friendship wall , would be to place a $3 fee for legitimate border people crossing, like an airport tax.
Millions cross legitimately every day, and they wouldn't mind paying towards a wall that protects them from invaders who want to take their jobs.

I think a law should be passed stating that all able bodied citizens currently receiving welfare/unemployment benefits are to be relocated to the Mexican front to build the Friendship Wall.
