A MUM and her son say they are trying for a baby after falling in love, 30 years since she put him up for adoption.

Kim West, 51, and her son Ben Ford, 32, claim to have been in a relationship for two years and describe their sex life as "incredible and mind-blowing".

And soon after, Ben, realising he had fallen for his own mother, left his devastated wife Victoria to move to Michigan with his new beau.

There, the couple spent time with other mother-and-son pairings, who helped them to understand their newly-found feelings.

Shockingly, up to 50 per cent of long-lost family members experience GSA when they finally meet their relation.

After reading stories about GSA couples online, Kim said she allowed herself to "fall in love" with the son she gave up when she was 19.
