Yes, only 2 of these should be in operation at any time.
My Thai side of my brain says "others" and has difficulty reasoning why the top three should be banned at all.
I'll go for mobile phones. A distraction that needs to be eliminated.
Half of Thais are only just holding up the phone to their ears for show anyway.
plus that. Thai can not chew gum and walk at the same time.
I would have added trampoline, they deffo should not be used whilst driving
