It seems that there is some sort of underground sub-culture trafficking white boys to Thailand (from Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Republics i'd guess).
Upon arriving in Thailand they are castrated and are remitted into slavery. I surmise that they end up working as houseboys for ageing pederasts practising their Grecian heresy in the kingdom.
