Stickman and his weekly columns
I thought members here on TD repeated themselves quite often, over and over again, but the demand for information on Stickmans website seems to come from one guy, dressed in many outfits. I say that perhaps unfairly, some of you may be thinking, but his answers and columns since 2001, give or take a couple of paragraphs, are all the bloody same.

Stickman visited a gogo bar the other night, and the girls working were gorgeous! A drink set him back a slightly overpriced 90 Baht, much more than what Patpong were charging 6 years ago, in the good old days. He sat alongside two guys he knew for a fact were english teachers, but he didn't let on to the girls that they were ajarns, so as not to spoil their chances of a cut price leg over. They may have guessed as they left only 30 Baht tip, much to the horror of the working girls, but Stickman made up for it by giving them a bonus 50 baht before he left, but Stickman's not into working girls and never has been.
Stickman went to the Big C a few days ago to seek out a new flat screen TV, and of course the staff on duty that afternoon had no clue at all about the product he wanted to purchase, even offering him a bag of pigs liver as an accessory for the TV as he left. Normal Thai folks have got no clue about anything whatsoever, have they? On the other hand, bargirls are very clever and intelligent, being able to suss out which farangs will leave them tips worth them getting out of their seats for.
Thai males are useless in every way as well, their sole purpose in life being the boyfriends of bargirls working out of Nana, Cowboy or Patpong. All they do is take the girls' money and sit around drinking until their GFs finish work.
A few days ago, Stickman saw a normal, regular Thai female! (Yes you heard that correctly!) One who doesn't work in a bar or as a coyote dancer! Shock! Horror eh! This is clearly a novelty for him as he's obviously never had a conversation with one. Every description you read of a 'normal' Thai girl includes a comment on her possible employment and how she'd never be making more money than her bargirl sisters. Personally I've never associated the two, only when I've insulted the 'normal' one.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy reading his columns, but an underlying trend has been panning out for well over a decade now. Then again if that's his audience, then more power to him.
