School sex clip shows 'weak society'
A video clip showing a school girl and a boy making out in a classroom is a clear indication that society is continuing to weaken, Office of the Basic Education Commission secretary-general Chinnapat Bhumirat said on Friday.

The footage, which has been spreading on the internet, shows a young teenage school girl exposing her breasts and allowing a boy to suckle them in what appeared to be a classroom. According to the video label they were junior high school students (Grade 7 to 9)
This latest clip was released after two students made headlines last month when caught by a closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera having sex in a cinema in Ratchaburi.
Mr Chinnapat said the video clip was a reflection of the weakening of society. He called on all sides to work together to improve the situation by teaching youngsters a sense of responsibility, discipline and morals.
Schools must do more to teach young people about morals, he said.
The education official said it was likely that having too few morals classes in schools was contributing to the problem. Religious and spiritual leaders must be invited to help instill a moral conscience and understanding of ethics in students.
