Fake Pattaya Cops Handcuff & Knife Man On a Bike
Pol.Lt.Col.Chaiyaporn Natong Piang Banglamoong police was notified about a man handcuffed with stab wounds at Kratinglai junction in Rayong.
At the crime scene, the police with the Sawang Boriboontham rescue team found Mr.Klao Shinalong, a 29-year-old man, handcuffed on the ground crying with pain in a pool blood. He had stab wounds on his lips and on his body.His motorbike was lying nearby on the road.Mr. Klao was sent to Banglamoong hospital.
Upon interrogation Mr. Klao, the victim, said that he was riding his motorcycle from his house in Soi Kade Nongyai. Suddenly two men, age about 30 years appeared.
He kindly asked them if they wanted a ride. The two men they told Mr.Klao to drop them off at Kratinglai junction. When they reached the destination, the men told him to stop the motorbike and one of them handcuffed him claiming that they were policemen.He did not believe them and resisted, then on of them grabbed a knife and cut Mr. Klao’s face and stabbed his body before the two ran away.
He said that he had never known them before and had no idea why they hurt him.
The police is not convinced and will further interrogate the victim after he recovers. The police is also seaching for the two suspects.
