Killing weeds but keeping grass

Been here thee plus years in my house and started out with just dirt. I haven't planted grass, letting native grasses grow and I have a full lawn but it has a few types of grass and some weeds. I've pulled out thousands of weeds in the 3 years I've had this house but can't find one bag of simple weed and feed like I used back in the states. I see Roundup and some weed killers but no weed and feed, that kills all weeds and keep the grass. The clover is taking over and it's hurting some of the good grass I have, that was starting to take over. Can anyone direct me to a week killer that I need?I live in Sisaket province but I'm sure I can have something shipped to me.

Might depend on how much land you want to keep as a lawn, is the first question, Im on 1 Rai, and had high hopes 10 years ago of a nice lawn, It just won't work, on that size plot, if you have 1/2rai or up just bite the bullet and buy a mower and don't bother about the weeds, if weeds are next door they will be on your place next year, Otherwise try searching Lazada for weed&feed or similar. cheers.

I don't think there is such a thing as "Weed'n'Feed" here in Thailand, it's kill everything or nothing !

I agree completely.
I was lucky enough that when I shipped some of my things here from the US , I was able to ship my self propelled lawn mower for only $180. (would had cost a lot more than that to buy it here)
I also found that the only way to keep on top of weeds is to scalp them by mowing often, a difficult thing to do now with all the rains because wet grass is difficult to cut.

Thanks all. I have a mower and mow weekly, and pull weeds all the time. The clover has gotten bad so I do need a weed and feed. I found one company that does sell some and will try getting at least one bag. Isn't cheap though. I found it on UBUY also. I'll look into that Ortho product also.
