At the Boat Lagoon development, you can safely dock your boat at the back door; guess that doesn't count, though.

Is it tsunami proof, or more specifically which side of the island is it on?

It counts if you say so, but you have to lift it in and out with a crane

yea it's in a big glass enclosure
