Lot's of places to recomend on both counts. Depends on what you want to eat and what part of the island you're staying.
    Phuket's a big island.

Tri-Trang beach is nice, decent Thai food, and massage on the beach. Nice place to swim too when the tide is in.(5 minutes out of Patong)

For massage I would recommend (depending on your budget) Merlin Hotel in Phuket Town. On the left side entrance there are some stairs down leading to a very good (and cheap) massage place. 300 - 350 baht for 2 hours.

If you want to relax fully you should try a Spa, although the price range is totally different to a massage. There is a great Spa in Phuket town "Raintree Spa" opposite Irish Pub "O'Malley's". They do 50% discount during low season. So you'll probably bee paying 1000 baht instead of 2000 for a 2 hour treatment. BTW haven't found a Spa in phuket with a better rate. Don't forget to mention about the discount though before treatment starts!

For dining, there are so many places. Where to start? It all depends what you want. Some good restaurants in Phuket town are "Nature Restaurant" close to a Chinese temple, great Thai food and nice atmosphere, "La gaetana" nice and cozy Italian restaurant, "Salvatore's" best pizza in town, there is a very nice Thai Restaurant in a corner of a street right behind Robinson Store. For seafood I would go to "Lam Hin Restaurant" it's on the pier that takes you to coconut island (the village). If you're looking for something more fancy I would recommend "Baan Rim Pa", "The 9th Floor", "Silk", "Acqua". For more information about these Restaurant just search via google you'll find them.

Well, I hope this helped. If you are looking for more information and details you can always check out our Restaurants and Attractions under PhuketBooknow.com
