Phuket highseason crowds

Hi, I'm new to the fourm and would like to know if anybody could say when the highseason tourist crowds start to thin out in Patong and Karon Beach.

Could very be as late as Songkran, mid April or so.

They're already down quite a bit from last month and December. April is a good time.
