The Teakdoor members photo competition grand final 2017

2017 passed quickly and all the winners of every months competition from throughout the year are entered into the Grand Final of 2017.

Special thanks to Nev for kick starting the competitions earlier in the year.

The quality of pics entered was consistently superb throughout the year and many excellent pics didn't make the final but are worthy winners in their own right!

Also a big thank you to all the members who took the time to submit a picture and vote.

So without further ado the entries are as follows..

Troy - Flooding? Who worries about flooding....

    Stroller - Over the fields

taxexile - Bangkok construction workers on Sukhumvit Road.

    Chittychangchang - Surf's up

Looper - Dew at sunrise on a Bunya Pine sapling

    Golden Dewdrop -Looper

    My Son by David48@TD

    Fish - Patuxay Monument Square

Pee Coffee - Transportation Down for Service

    David48 - Bitza

    DJPat - Alternative energy

Unfortunately due to Photo buckets money grab, wining pics Slandreth – A 12 point buck and David48atTD – Moo Moo the farm dog David48atTD - Mr Aum in the pond have vanished, nothing i can do about that apart from give them the mention they deserve.

As this is the last poll of the year , i would like to bow out and let someone else have a crack at next years photo comps, wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Cheers and thanks again for your continued support

^Yep. All pretty good. Taxexile's B&W construction site photo shades it for me though.

All great contributions, well done lads. I wish I could vote for every picture.

Looper's work of art is the most amazing for me.

100 pies have been donated by a generous TD sponsor, many thanks.

Get voting and some lucky winner is going to have a gut busting Christmas and New Year.

Can this be moved to the lounge for greater exposure(excuse the pun)...

As an added Brucie bonus the sponser is going to throw in a Chrimbo pie to the winner..

Christmas dinner pie is always a winner during the festive season, and this mouth-watering Christmas pie has to be one of the best ways to use up your leftover Christmas food. It's the perfect Boxing Day treat, serving around 6 people and taking just 1hr to prepare and cook. This delicious Christmas pie is layered with leftover turkey, ham, stuffing as well as veggies too like carrots, Brussel sprouts and red cabbage. The shortcrust Christmas dinner pastry pie keeps all of the flavours and juices neatly tucked inside ready for the big reveal. This Christmas dinner pie recipe uses a genius time saving cheat of ready made shortcrust pastry but if you prefer making your own go for it! Serve with plenty of gravy and watch this meaty pie disappear in seconds.

Congratulations to Troy, Tax and Fish on their outstanding trio of winning pictures.
All a credit to their photography skills and Teakdoor.
May I humbly suggest everyone gives positive reputation to the above members and your pies are in the post.

Happy New year to you all and may the cameras keep snapping.

I think this was the picture (screen shot) and it isn't as good as the original.

Dead,.. crossing the highway. The guy who hit him posted a picture on his social media page and was offered 1,500.00 for the carcass. He turned it down, because he wanted the mount.

I had made a mistake. I was told he was a 14 point and not a 12 point.

Thanks Chittychangchang, I had compleetly forgot about the fabulous TD picture competition until today. Some nice pics there for sure.

Hopefully someone will keep the concept moving along this year. It should be easier to post pics with the new format.

    Good luck with it...

These are all great photos! I am just seeing this thread now. Congrats to the winners!
I don't know how to post a poll, but I'd be will to start this photo competition back up for February ( a few days late).
