27 balloons to participate in Philippine Int'l Hot Air balloon fiesta in Clark

CLARK FREEPORT, Feb.4 (PIA) -- A total of 27 hot air balloons will be participating in this year’s Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Clark, Pampanga.

Organizers said that among the countries that have confirmed their participation in the February 10-13 event aside from the Philippines are Great Britain, United States, Japan, Hungary, Finland, Thailand, South Korea, and Malaysia.

Visitors will be able to experience a 45-minute hot air balloon flight for only P250 per adult and P150 per child. Tour schedules are 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m.

There will also be sky diving and paragliding exhibitions as well as rocketry and radio-controlled model aircraft demonstrations.

The 16th edition of the festival coincides with the celebration of the centennial year of airplanes in the Philippine Skies. (WLB/CLJD- PIA 3)

yes I agree definitely great place. I have been there and try to ride at the balloon but the climate won't cooperate to me... Sooooo windy!
