Because you can never have enough cuteness in a thread
The goats will follow later.. meanwhile, for those who like baby amphibians...
This lady was just chilling
This boatman was waiting for some customers
Hey boss, here are some k-pop clients for you
Btw, despite the adverts at the Batangas port, I didn't see any Chinese tour group. There were some C-tourists, but mostly couples (independent travelers). Thank goodness for that. Heh... Saw some k-pops, mostly independent travelers too.
As I've said earlier, there will be some hidden gems in this thread. In the meantime, here are some massage ladies
Saw this guy chilling with the ladies
The chicharon ladies. Chicharon is pork skin crackling
The dragon boats were nice...
Heh
I wanted to take a pic of this bitch (female dog, heh), but she showed me her ass instead. Heh..
Parasailing
They're going to the rocks.. will it be a rocky relationship? heh...
This looks like a nice eating place.. heh..
Try the Mindoro Sting
Chicharon/balut vendor.. he had a sale, yay!
(balut is boiled duck embryo - yes, I eat it, sometimes)
Here's another b**ch.. heh..
The sand on White Beach, Boracay is finer and whiter than the sand here on PG. I would describe the sand on PG as cream, not white, and the particles are bigger. Not Boracay quality, but still good.
As I've said earlier, I liked Puerto Galera more than Boracay because of the laid-back, provincial vibe. Plus, aside from the beach, there are waterfalls, treks and great views - more nature stuff. However, some people (colleagues) liked Boracay more because of the sand, the establishments, the commerciality of it. Different strokes for different folks.
I'll end this posting period with my fugly feet.. if you've seen my Boracay thread, I have a similar pic.
The water is as clear, but the sand is whiter in Boracay. Cheers all!
to be continued.. goats to follow later
Think it's a sling, katie...Like Singapore Sling...But I'll bet it has a sting...Originally Posted by katie23

Heh...
Awesome thread awesome pics.
Very nice Katie!
Excellent pics and very informative, especially considering the connectivity frustration. Thanks for sharing.
Please spare Betty the agony of waiting for the goats.
Loving this thread Katie, my first visit to the Philippines all those years ago involved a trip to Puerto after a few nights in ermita some 30 odd years ago ( Marcos was still in power) I hopped the Philippine rabbit to batangas and caught the ferry over. A spectacular natural harbour when you arrive and I'm told the Spanish galleons used it as a shelter from typhoons, back then the nightlife centered around sabang, being about 18 or 19 years old young dumb and full of cum I thought I had struck paradise, I never even made it to white beach or the other ones and didn't even own a camera. Would love to check it out again. If I do can you warn the locals that the marine life is going to be decimated by mrs Bld. And hopefully my old flames don't recognize me. They would also be in there 50,s same as me
But where's the goats?
I can't see the latest pics!!
^ The bitch's ass pic was deleted...And katie's in jail...Heh...
I can see them today!!
That puppy is adorable.
Thanks for all the comments, luv and greens.
@bb, I wasn't in jail, I'm a working girl and I have a life outside of TD. Also, have to save for my next adventure!
@patsy, I'm glad you can see the pics now. Yes, that puppy was so cute!
Yes, it's a bit tough to post pics now, as my internet is crap - notice my time of posting now.
Puerto Galera is easier (and cheaper) to reach than Boracay, since you don't need a flight from Manila, just land travel then boat ride. I took all sorts of pics: people, places, pets and goats! (be patient for the goat pics, they'll come later).
If I had stayed at White Beach in PG, I prolly wouldn't have explored the island and just lazed around the beach. Since I wanted a bit of adventure, it's good that I stayed near Muelle Pier. It was a good jump-off point to other places.

On with the show... it was near sunset & restos were setting up tables for dinner
Saw these guys playing beach volleyball
To compare the beachfront establishments with those in Boracay, there are bigger resort-hotels in Boracay. In PG, it was more of small businesses along the beach.
Just strolling around...
