    My mate big bird

Just got of the phone talking to big bird about his recent 3 week holiday to the Philippines, he had a blast, what impressed me most was the fact that big bird is 100 percent blind and gets around with a white stick, the wife dropped him of in Angeles then continued on to Manila to see the family, big birds always been pretty indepedant and does his own thing, can you imagine being sightless in a rathole like AC when I first met him some 30years ago he could kind of see through the coke bottle glasses but he knew blindness was coming due a heritary disease afflicting his family (his brothers blind to) I was kind of worried about him being on his own for that length of time , but I needn't of been, the bird said he quickly established a freindship with the girls in the hotel and trike drivers they took him under there wing apparently, none of them fucked with him or tried any shifty shit, for that. I applaud the Filipino, it's a heavily
Armed country but they aren't all Villians, my favourite Asians. Actually

^Nice to hear. I had a friend, now deceased, who used to go to the bars in his late-70's - also virtually blind. The girls always treated him like a king, as did the staff. A nation of care-givers.

Exactly, the flips do get some negative publicity, but at least they aren't murdering backpackers on supposedly tourist freindly Islands, with complicit police force, sorry. Just a generalisation? Anyway I'm happy they treated my mate right, I'm a big fan of the Philippines and Filipinos in General, the place has it all ,beaches, mountains,THE stunning woman, if. Only they could get the shit together

that may be a clue as to why there are so many in the nursing profession, in OZ at least.

He is a lonely old man over 50. I have diagnosed him as scrabbledegook. Never trust a bloke who doesn't use toilet paper.

I see you've noticed too, TM has a pathological hatred for the word "profit" and would prefer the whole planets population to be paupers !

Generally I like Filipino people and can say the business I have done with them has been always open, honest and mutually beneficial.

In fact my main supporting person for the last 15 years here in Thailand regarding business is a Philippine lady and I am the God Father of her son.

    And Cudo's to Big Bird.
