Thread: Looking for: Condo / studio for rent in JomTien or NaKluea

We are looking for a place to settle down for the winter months, 1st November to 31st March. We hope to find on that we can come back for couple years
Our basics are air-conditioning, balcony, shower, kitchenette and nice view.
The apartment should be close by the restaurants. We are non smokers. We are have moving disabilities so no stairs.




I know that this is wrong season to come and see the actual apartment itself but we are at town now. It would be nice to have a look just the location and the house, as the pictures don't tell everything.

Here's the most user friendly website I know of for looking at local real estate, you can set the search parameters to only look for rental condos in your price range in the area(s) you're interested in.

There's a Facebook group called Pattaya Condos for Rent or Sale that might be worth looking at and posting on asking for leads.
