Why call him a punk? It's a low blow because as far as I have heard he causes no harm to anybody and adds a welcome dash of eccentricity to this dreary world.

Plus, since cyclists seem to have very truncated life expectancies in Thailand he's ahead of the curve in that he's survived longer than most!

I once had a chat with this guy outside Topps on 2nd road.
I asked him why and he replied that he just likes to bring a smile to peoples faces.
He was actually a nice guy but as everyone says a bit eccentric. He is very well spoken and told me he had property in London.

Yes, he always made people smile as he rode past.

Last time I saw him he was sitting on beach road dressed head to toe in black.

Dude used to be a member here I spoke to him in Pattaya actually a well spoken bloke and to my surprise saw him cycling somewhere in London in 2016. Was a true Pattaya eccentric fuk knows why he cycled endlessly round Pattaya and when I posed that question to him maybe back in 2005 or 6 the answer was somewhere along the lines of because I can. So fair enough if that's what floated his boat, but as I said he did have a proper upper crust accent if I remember.
