    Thai Rattan Wall covering

I'm looking to use rattan on my new build for the interior, anyone know the local price per metre.?

would prefer plain covering though other styles I'm open to.

DD had a long dissertation on House Geckos or 'Chinchooks' as Thais refer to them.

    Quite funny it was.

We had a couple of lage wall lizards in our house at the hospital, they were about 6" and 8"s long each, they only ever came out at night if the room was very quiet and leave giant turds stuck to the walls, pretty things and fascinating to watch but I hated their shit offerings.

Not to be confused with gecko's, adults of which are slightly smaller than the baby gap gay in this picture, which we call "Gee Ghem".

    TY Norton.

Seems every man and his dog wants to make them for us now, just need to find the going price, before my wife agrees to the inflated prices I'm sure to get.

As lovely and traditionally aesthetic that a rattan-type material might appear to be, there are drawbacks - the natural material is easily subject to mildew/mold in this climate and incredibly difficult to maintain - unless pre-treated before installation.
