Where to buy used big scooter

    Hello All
I am looking for a second hand Yamaha Tmax or Suzuki Sky wave.
Not many on classifieds at thai visa and not sure how relaible are the ads on other thai sites selling scooters.
Small scooters are too small specially if you want to travel.
Would appriciate any advices, suggestions of places or web sites I should look in to.
I live in Chiang mai but I won't mind going BKK or other places if I need to.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this.

Big scooters don't offer that much more safety. They all have small tyres. That's the problem. They roll into chuckholes, not over them. Plus less circumference spins faster. Laws of physics and principles of geometry .. They'll never change no matter what you want to believe.

Yes I agree with the Laws of physics. Driving in CM and around for couple of hours on a small Honda click makes you look few inches short as you walk in the same posture. Not to mention what you hear from the person sitting behind you.

I wouldn't know- but I do know a lifelong Harley rider ("1%er") who has a Suzuki Skywave now, and he swears by it.
