Hello, I will be moving to Khon Kaen next week, have lived in Chiang Mai
for the last three years. I have rented quests houses here on a monthly
basis 6000- 7000 bath month, large room tv,fridge, internet in room(must have) What area would be my best bet to look around for apartment?

As he is up on that I think there are a few new places that go for about 4k a month with internet and nice and modern rooms

There are loads of condo's in the city centre area that go for about 5-6000 per month but they are older buildings.

The best and newest places are to be found in the University campus ( about 10k north of the city) where a new building opens each week it seems.

I just moved into a brand new one bedroom condo with furniture, air,hot water shower, small kitchen, reliable (bar the last 2 days) 2 meg connection, cable tv .5500 per month.
loads of other standard sixed 25m2 rooms available and they go for 4000 per month with similar spec as above. Interent is included in the rent but lecky is 7 or 8 baht per unit and water 20 baht per unit.
