That Katie-dog is made of stern stuff. She can handle the cold better than her namesake. (heh)

The puppies' dad is a handsome dawg (but an absentee father). Only there for the free meal. Heh.

I was having a rare Leo this afternoon while idly watching Anna eating her tea, and yet again I wondered what or who on earth could have caused such terrible scars to her rear end. It makes me really happy that her life has turned out OK after such an obviously terrible start.



But anyway, life goes on.

A little known fact about Anna is that she's been a life long Bristol City fan and she can't wait for 10pm tonight. Promotion is probably out of our reach this year so we can concentrate on the cup.

Tonight I gave her my old Bristol City top that I can't fit into anymore, and she was well chuffed! Mind you, it was a bit tight on her as well. A year of easy living in a home hasn't been kind to her waistline.



Yep... genuine. A proper team... 1897... not one of these new money making operations funded by dirty money.



This reminded me, I can't remember the last time I had a pint of Blackthorn. Something I will remedy in a few month's time.

You have an exciting time coming up as you know neither parents.

In fact we know Panda's mother. The gf has fed her since she was a puppy. She has a brother we found a home for, he is a nice natured dog, fairly tall and we see him most days as his house is just along our lane. Panda's mother is medium sized, the father we have no information about. Panda eats a lot, really a lot, so I think she'll grow into something larger than average street dog.
Meanwhile, Frankie weighed in at 0.75kg on the day she was found, then 1.1kg a week later at the vet's then 1.8kg another week on. She is still only about 5 to 6 weeks old, my guess is that she'll always be smaller than Panda. Time will tell.

One last picture of them because you can't have too many puppy pics and maybe someone out there will realise how great it would be to give Mendip's puppies a home.
