Welcome Wynnum - you could have used a cane toad avatar and we'd have known you meant QRL.

How do the Shepherds handle the Thailand heat? My son has one in Sydney, sweet dog.

I've not mentioned on the forum before, but I've had 3 DVT's over the past decade so I have a wealth of experience
and happy to share what I know and have experienced.

    Was this your first?

What medication are you on now?

    Compression stockings?

Well yeah, good topic for a discussion or its own threade IMO, with a lot of us of retirement age and doing a bit of long-haul flying.

I was given a pair of compression stockings to wear during minor surgery two or three years ago, it's a standard thing in Oz (NSW?) hospitals now. So I wear them on flights - is that a waste of time on the short eight-hour hops to and from Oz?
