Health insurance in Thailand, help me please

Moved to Udon Thani for almost 4 months and I still don’t have an insurance here in Thailand. Can anyone suggest me what is best available health insurance for me around the area? I work here about 7 months a year, the rest is back home to my country, Belgium

    Sorry for my bad English

Maybe you'll want to do like I did: go to a local hospital that has a good reputation and ask them which insurance they recommend. I went with Thai Health who have a good reputation. I also do as much 'self insurance' as I can. In your case you may want a repatriation insurance also.

Just go to your local Government hospital and use them.

For over 18 years I have had general health insurance with AIA in Ubon Ratchathani. Costs about 22,000 baht/year.

Ask at your local AIA branch. I have both accident and health insurance with them.

OK, that's 396,000 baht over the 18 years. How much is your total health cost during that time? In other words, have you spent over that amount on insurable claims?

You don't need to get local insurance. Try aa insurance in pattaya. Great rates. Google for contact details
