I do like a bit of kangaroo meself. Goes alright with lingonberry jam, and the taste is surprisingly similar to young moose.

Bung was a nickname in I ended up with in Australia years ago.
If you are familiar with the Wizard of Id cartoon strip Bung was the drunken court jester. somehow people made a connection....
When I was working in Phuket Bung meant "Old Brother" to Thai Muslims so it stuck here too. Unfortunately it also means swamp cabbage.....
Anyway, I'm off for a look around here.
