Another dog!
Welcome.
buenos dias, doggsy.
hello and welcome
Hello Doggsy welcome. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
um... married to a thai, living in england, would rather live in thailand, read thai forums so i can get my 'fix' of thailand!
hey doggsy, think were in the same boat and here for the same reason. hope all is well and welcome!
Welcome! Is mrs.doggsy cooks well, you have no reason to come to Thailand!
she does cook well. and therein lies a problem. In thailand you can eat a lot and it's all good. In england I eat the food she cooks and then all the traditional puddings as well so am becomiung a bit of a fat bastard!!! One of my main reasons for posting is that I need to get my count up to 100 to access all the threads. It took me about 4 months to do that on the thailand-uk website! i'm more of a reader than a typer
hi...
Welcome, I still trying to get to the 100 mark as well!!
English food on top of Thai food? Doesn't the stomach rebel?
Don't know if this will reduce the "fat" aspect (the "b******" aspect might require meditation), but an activity that a foreign gf and I enjoyed was to take a walk after dinner, and use it for language lessons. I would point out an object (the road, for example), she would tell me the words in her language (Russian), a couple of useful phrases connected to it, and I would reciprocate in English with synonyms and explanation of their variation.
Made for a nice time together, kept (somewhat) fit, improved our bilingual skills, and gave my neighbours something to be envious of (she was cute).
At the very least, replying to this will up your post count!
indeed it will up my count, and well done thai pom for hitting 100.
the walking and learning idea is a good idea. however have you ever tried to get a thai woman to go on a walk after finishing work (we both work nights) when the temperature is minus something. walking is hard enough! however I am going to be buying a bicycle soon as I am doing a sponsored bike ride in the summer and need to do some training.
howdy doggsy..talkin bout english grub..i havent had a goodfellas cheese feat pizza in 3 years, god i miss it and dont even start me on the phukka pies...

Welcome to TD You'll be good friends with NR....
hello
and i have one more post done many to go
^^ no i dont normally have meal nights. Just whatever is in and we cook. However due to the wife being on holiday in thailand for a week than my cooking will be left to a minimum cos the more you cook the more plates you make messy. It's just a vicious cycle of working. Therefore i have plans for take away most nights this week.
I'm new.
can someone tell me how to start a thread?
Go to the forum you want the thread to be in and hit the New Thread button. It ain't rocket science...Originally Posted by good2bhappy
