Yet another AF refuge

Hi folks, Russell Simpson here. I'm hoping to see a few familiar faces around and to make some new friends. I was a long term member over on AF and was frankly shocked when it disappeared in the manner it did. I'm checked in here occasionally over the years primarily when your founder was still well. I have to credit DD with actually helping me get involved in Thailand forum life and I quite imagine that my life over there would have been very different without a forum to keep me in contact.

So I'm saying hello. I do believe it is going to take awhile to familiarize myself with the operations here.

Correct, but you should consider who he is up against. Snaff is a bit of a dick. By comparison Russ is harmless and amusing. Not a great leap I know, but there you have it.
