A friend of mine recently brought a dune buggy into Thailand. I think his goal is to sale these bad little boys. Sorry, I don't have any more information as he is working out all of the final details.
Looks like fun!
Can't wait for him to get it all legal.

They sell them on Suk road just outside of Pattaya and there is also a place on Theprasit road....
hope your mate did not pay tooooo much to import it.
As for "legal", it will never be road registered.

If you want a registered Dune Buggy in Thailand then this is the way to do it.

Looks like a mean machine
. Way too many issues to be road legal tho imho . Mad when you see the crap on the roads , i.e. no lights, brakes, dodgy tyres! Best of luck to Him .
