    Exclamation Bike re-wiring

This is a long shot I know, I need to re-wire my V-Max (for some reason wiring has definatley shrunk - 10 years old!) , running the wiring thru the frame where ever possible, anybody know anyone capable in Pattya area?
    Cheers

Not something I would recommend unless it's an all out show piece. Can;t help you with pattaya, but you ever get up this way i got a good guy...

You are on the way to a long painful beating in a cold shower with a big stick on that one. Partic Pattaya, of all the bikers that I know there, not one would trust anyone to get anything done. Most have read Zen and the art of MC mainentance and do their own work. You should be able to pick up a new (second hand) loom at RB, and juts do it yourself.

BAD IDEA, Vmax are renowned for their inadequate rigidity, drilling holes through the frame will only make this worse. If anything you should be looking to add frame stringers rather than drill holes.

I have been doing all my own work since buying bike, I dont like to, but given the competence level of the average mechanic - no choice.
    I would supervise the work
Drilling holes not a problem, frame has been beefed up & braced etc, plenty to go at

Who is RB? one of the reasons I wont someone to do this is I dont have the time or patience to run around getting all the "bits & pieces" that will be required.
