I have a sat nav here in sunny england (navman s70 i think) and I will be renting a car for a week when I am in Thailand. To hire a GPS unit from the car rental company is 200 baht per day. Where would i pick up a memory card with teh data on, will it work on my sat nav and how much would it cost?

thats a start - a pretty small one , but it is a step in the right direction.
