I would have bought that sucker, but who ever had or ever would have $1.800 US dollars to spend on a motorcycle..... haha

Notice anything wrong with the one in the pic???

Most Vtwins tend to run hot on rear cyl. But someone has changed bars to Harley bars and looks to be a hand clutch, but main thing is Indian was Left hand throttle and right hand shift.
Easier for Police and soldiers to handle their pistols while riding.
Indian was mostly Police and military and not sold real heavily to civilian riders, the main reason they went bust after the govt bought no more, they had no real civilian following.

pretty nice bike, but a friend had one in CM, I rode it, and he sold it, like new and he had spent a lot on it, for less than 200k, and that was a lot more than I would have given for one of em..

As we are talking bikes - has anyone out there had experience with Lehman/ Harley/Honda trikes??
With advancing years and rampant arthritis in the knee/hip area they seem to be the answer to a maidens ( if you know what I mean) prayer !

Like some feedback as there is one coming up for sale here soon.

This frame was built in New York I was told, I didn't build it, but had a knee overhauled and couldn't ride my bagger so I traded the ol ladys 78 pace car vette for it, and it was a fine riding machine.
