Yeah man! (the Sierra foothills ain't too shabby either.)
I took the 150 CBR up through the back roads of Smoeng for a day. Eight hours; lots of stops to taste strawberry brandy, have a bite, wander around some farms. I drove a total of 150k in that eight hours and I was beat, completely knackered. Three full days of riding the bigger bike; the roads were a tad more 'advanced riding' material than the Smoeng ride, I was ready for three more days. Gotta love that low-end torque and comfy ride.

Just found this company. looks like they do powder coating and "chroming" of plastic (which is actually aluminium powder applied in a vacuum). Never found a company that offered this plastic chroming before and powder coating companies are pretty thin on the ground also.

I think everone would agree that Khon kaen bike week was a good show and 100% better than last year, We started the day by meeting up at Garys bar before heading of to meet MTD and the group of riders that rode from Khon kaen to Uboratdam, and then on to a school were the riders raised some money for a small local school.
Now due to the lack of beer at the school we headed of early to meet up with the Shalakham guys at my house for a few cold drinks and wait the sun to go down as she was a pretty warm day

Plenty of bikes at the show with some really good bands playing through night

Heres some drunk cnut on stage

Anyone get some better picks ?

Yup and that swing arm fits on the back of a Honda CB-1 if you fancy tricking one out. Mate had one with the Bors swingarm and Suzuki USD forks. Looked nice.

Was this your first bike weekend Marmite? They get addictive, but fuck you right up if it's a hike from home and your hungover.

Yeah the running gear is all std Rigger, lots of polished aluminium to keep clean.

It looks pretty but has a few issues , tyres have expired ,the radiator is cactus , fuel tank needs rust repairs ,rear shock is a pogo stick ..and it is desperate for a tune -up.
It also steers like a road train.
Not sure y yet , the 400 has the same running gear but was really nimble.
I will swap over the tank , seat and plastics from the 400 ... back to basic black. That seat , (a corbin copy) was comfy tho.
The rear hub eccentrics on both bikes are completely butchered also./
Y use the correct C spanner when a hammer and file are perfect tools for chain adjustment?

It was indeed. I didn't bother with the Udon one.

I didn't have a hangover, luckily, but the bumpy stretches of concrete road screw my vision up a bit as my glasses bump up & down.

You can drop that 650 into a Steed, a VRX, and some thing else.

You could also get an Africa Twin engine and squeeze it in, but you would have to mount the oil cooler somewhere

    Hay Rigger,

I got a few questions for ya,

1- What import company are you using to get your parts in from overseas?

2- What tools are you using? Hand tools I mean, in the US I use Craftsman and Snap-On, with some Cheaper Proto and others, but I am seriously having trouble locating decent hand tools.

    Just got this:

Can you help a brother out?

if you want to ship major parts over 500 USD like engine and stuff use (worldwide shipping seaflight) great people to deal with if you dont find there site PM me and I will give you their address. As for tools go into one of the tool shops and ask for there order catalog and order good name brands or anything from germany should sort you out
