I've driven a Jag XKE and and an Audi Quattro but not a Saab. I would vote for a Lexus or Volvo over those 3 choices. Audi's feel pretty cheaply made after the first 5000 miles, and Jaguars are maintenance headaches when things go wrong. For one of those 3 though, I would go with the Saab.

All 3 options are cheap for different reasons. If a comparable Volvo was in the mix, it would probably be priced higher.
Lexus cars are an ok compromise until the electrics start to fail.

I think it is clear he is saying you made one comment, then edited it to a completely different one with the time period before the Teakdoor edit timestamp shows up.

Are you denying this is the case?

Albanian phone unlockers, council estate scallies and low level bradford drug dealers. Do you really want to be associated with scum and get pulled by the police every time you are out after dark. If you must have a German car, make sure it is at least a current model or 70 plate or you will be forever doomed to chavdom, celibacy and lots of police stops when your brake light fails.

The Jag, in the UK at least, is a characterless set of wheels, more or less invisible on the streets. Forget it.

The car you need is the Saab. Less is more. Pure understated class. Low profile but highly regarded, and more than likely to have looked after by previous owners in a way that the other two havent. Spares and servicing should be no problem. Saab still supply spares.

Forget the VW and that piece of French shit and just buy the Saab if it has a service history and 12 months MOT.
Older Saabs had elegance an comfort, until Vauxhall bean counters started throwing cheap GM parts at it. Check the model provenance before deciding. An original Saab is a good buy if the owner has kept an eye on oil and coolant consumption.

You really are a bit thick for a forum gossip queen. Chitty has never hidden the fact that he has kids, but your recommendation is for a two seater???

His options were all minimum four seaters, you dense cunter.

Anything around 2l plus will check the rise in second hand prices. A diesel is not a bad option when fuel prices are so volatile.

    eBay

Couple hundred of them on there. Not many people piss away the cash on Autotrader when they are trying to flog an old knacker car like that.
