If it was me....and I've done this several times in the past....
Get jug of the green stuff and pour it in, then top it off with water. Water is cheap, the antifreeze isn't, however tracing a leak is a bitch if you can't see where it's dripping from and the green dye helps.
Start the car, let it run till you see the green stuff leaking while consuming beers. Trace the leak. The green dye will help make it easier.
If the leak is coming from a hose (there's an inny and outy rubber hoses to the radiator, plus for the automatic transmission if you have one....those will be copper tubes). If it's the top hose, you're in business, just let the engine cool then replace the hose. If it's the bottom hose, you should take it to a shop because when the pull the bottom hose the engine and radiator will drain of the coolant, creating a huge mess if you ain't prepared for a few gallons of liquid all over the place.
Another culprit could be a leaky water pump. Again, that's a shop fix unless you've got a good set of tools and can figure out how to put the belt(s) back on.
Enjoy!
