May I just point out that mine wear evenly but irrespectively I do what the manual says and rotate them every 10,000km. All I want to know is should I be doing this or is it part of a 10,000km service and included in the service price? Or is my Toyota dealers scanking me and not doing the service to the book? If there is one. Simple innit?
Seems an extra task is required, the spare to be included, so an extra 100THB?
From my experience, dealers specify quite clearly what is included in a service. Toyota certainly do. I suggest getting hold of either a hard copy (leaflet) from the dealer or looking online for the same information.
Try this link. Vehicle type on the left and 10,000km on the right.

Ok Prag, understand now. I didn't realise the new Fortuna had skimped on the spare.
My apologies also for missing the spare wheel type.
The web page indicates a 10,000 service is an oil change. Some other items creep in at various distances, air filter, brake fluid, gearbox fluid and at 150,000 a new V belt. No mention of tyre swaps so it is a chargeable extra I assume.
Did you not get a service booklet that is stamped by the garage when the perform a service, doesn't that indicate normal service items which should be the same as the Toyota web site lists?
I normally go to my local Tires Are Us, for servicing, purely because they are quicker and understand my English accent better.
A tray full of GOLD is not worth a moment in time.
I compared my bill to Nevs link and tried to get my missus to interpret both. She couldn't. So it looks like I won't be using my Toyota dealer next year as I think I'm being shafted.
When I bought the car the dealer gave us 'free oils' ,with a service, for life of car ownership. They stopped giving that promotion to new buyers recently and in doing so stopped giving it to all who were in receipt of it. I tried to get my missus to go and tell they must honour their promotion. My missus doesn't like confrontation so it looks as though the likes of 'Tyres Are Us' is the place to go.
Find a new service centre who you can communicate with personally. Did you get the free oil "promise" in writing signed by the dealership sales manger?
My wife is the same, she doesn't understand car part names and avoids confrontation. I've had excellent service at my local TRU.
