    Many year ago I was with a group of friends transported the car from Perth to Melbourne motor show.
    I never got a chance to drive her.

    Quit lying.
    I didn't mean that I owned it. I got to sit in one and start the engine. It was magical.

    Anyway nice to see that you are stalking me across all forum topics.

    Mate of mine had a 'worked' Bug Eyed Sprite and yes, in BRG, but with Alloys.

    I never drove it, but it was a hoot to ride in.

    Not my final choice ... just saying like.

    I'm an Alpha Fan.

    ^David I never could understand the attraction to Alphas, at least not the ones from earlier days. I rode in a few and they were completely gutless!. But you jogged my memory to find an image of this one, which would've gone ok with a tuned 5.0 liter V8 under it;

    As the declared winner, I fully expect my 1:32 scale model to be ready and couriered by the weeks end!

    Racing green if you may.

    Be warned, I will be inspecting every rivet with a keen eye.

    Talking of models I have actually been looking on ebay for a Blower 4.5

    There is a 1:43 version that is part of the James Bond car collection but it is not the classic racing coupe. It is the carriage style saloon from From Russia With Love.

    Although, curiously, the drophead 4.5 was the original Bond-mobile before Astons got a look in. In the Ian Fleming novels Bond gets about in a Bentley 4.5

    Tough to call one car.... several I can think of, so choosing somewhere between a Ferrari California and a VW Kharmann Ghia, I'll take the BMW 507.

    Loved my 1966 Chevy Malibu Super Sport. Drove it almost all through college, until I got rear ended by a loaded gravel truck.
