    Chinese.Motorbike

Zongshen Ryuka Infinity. They're for sale new at 47,000baht

Made at a factory in Rayong. Tempted, looks neat and for running around town at 125cc. However it's Chinese so what about reliability and spares.

If looking for a small bike, go for an M-Slaz.

Another fairly recent addition to the Thai motorbike Industry are Stallions. Similar, coming out of China, and distributed around the world as Mash motorcycles.

They have a 400cc at about 116k thb.

Personally, I wouldn't. I'd go for a small Honda, Yammy or Kawa.

The styling is nice, if form over function is important.

I would probably buy an MSX instead for peace of mind

Nice but 90,000baht is a fair step up in price.

Already have an old Honda Dream. I was considering a newer bike and the price of the Infinity makes it worth a look at least.

    Buy expensive, cry only once.

That will probably be a rust bucket that has various parts breaking off within 6 months.

There are nearly new MSx125's for cheaper.

    https://www.kaidee.com/browse?q=msx125

I'd go look around at the used stock at Honda dealers if your budget is 50,000thb.

You could definitely get a decent CBR150 or maybe a CBR250 in that price range too.

I have a Lifan 200cc, 46,000 baht, assembled in Bangkok area, Thailand. engine and I presume everything else is imported from China. It's 4 years old, 25k onn the speedo. Other than oil changes and one headlight bulb no extra costs. I take it to the village Honda shop who blows the air filter and that's about it.

Not quite the same as this, not corrugated brake disks plus handle bars and mirrors alittle different but the engine, exhaust, frame and plastic parts look to be the same. More the pre-sports marketed version. There is a thread here in motorcycles. I believe.

Village runs mainly, 300km rides to the border and up in the jungle on very rough mud/rock tracks and across 0.5m deep bouldered klongs. The "western" marketed alternative is 70,000 - 100,000 Thai baht I believe.
A tray full of GOLD is not worth a moment in time.

All good till the wheel flies off half way down sukhumvit and you're paying for the katoy riding pillion to have her tits re-inflated.

^I feel your pain Joe, but at least you had something soft to cushion the blow.

Those Honda MSX bikes appear to have been designed for the frame of a twelve year old child. I'd be embarrassed to be seen on one.
