nos CLASSIC FORD PARTS

Hi All,

I've noticed some of you guys are into classic fords- I read on an Aussie ford forum that there are old ford parts suppliers in Bangkok which still have classic ford parts for cortinas and Escorts. I have just finished a 4+ year rebuild of a genuine 2 door mk2 RS2000 and would still like to get some better parts for it than the repro stuff around. I come to Thailand on holiday regularly and will be going over in August. Would any of you guys be able to confirm these sort of parts are available and any details on where to go to look for them. Any leads would be much appreciated.

What parts in specific are you after? I have a friend in Bangkok who is heavily in to classic Fords and has a MK1 Escort, if you let me know what you need I can check with himself.

I have a Mark 2 RS2000 2 door and am chasing rear interior C pillar covers and front door trims. I was told in a post in the OZ classic forum that early ford stuff was made in Bangkok so was also interested in rear light assemblies and other small parts.
