I kinda agree the late 60's were piles of crap for the most part.

But the cars like the 1959 Cadillac were rather impressive forms of art.
As were the Chryslers of the late 50's and early 60's.

One of my favorite cars of all time was my 1956 Chrysler New Yorker Newport , a fairly basic model which sported the wonderful 354 hemi engine. I enjoyed that for several years. Sold it for a handsome profit. Still kinda miss it!.

They looked the same but does anybody know the differences between the two.

It looks like an unfinished project car.
Glass body. That front Air Dam (gutter scraper when parking) is not 70's style.

It looks slightly like a Jag body with an ugly chrome radiator jammed in.
