I thought there was a thread on here about someone having a CBR 400 for sale without a green book but I can't find it. Can anyone help?

Contact Dave Thailand Kring, he'll know if anyone does.
There was a guy on GT-Rider.com who had one up without grren book for about 35K, not sure if gone or not
Sorry Eliminator, I miss read your post. The one I'm thinking about is a CB not CBR.
hey. .. I have a Honda VFR. . but with greenbook and Bkk plates.. maybe up for sale..... . around 75 000b . bodykit replica RC211 and HRC CDI 80hp.
Is it worth buying a bike without without the green book? I've thought about it a couple of times but people tell me it's more trouble than it's worth, actually they said the first cop to stop me would keep the bike. Big difference in price though.
They had a couple of replica lamborgini down at Jomtien police station, no plates and no books, the police kept them for a few years just parked up in their car park.
That depends on location, Bangkok is a no no. Isaan is no problem at all, i had an accident the other week on my unplated bike and the police did not bat an eyelid. In fact I would say having a book on a bike in Isaan is a total waste of money. I base this on the observed experiences of many others and not just mine.Originally Posted by DrB0b
Not so sure about that if you are not Thai, I get hassled by the scum on my unreg kawa quite regularly.
