I know the dealer is on Pattanakarn road.
The question I asked, where are they building the new showroom? Pattanakarn?
Just up the road from the current location. Don't know exactly where but I got the impression that it wasn't to far. I asked two different people in Thai where it was and got two different answers. One was up the road and the other was over the road.
What are you looking at buying?

However the staff at Victory are hopeless at sales.

Makes sense, to have a bike with sales potential for westerners by Thais only speaking staff. The paucity of English speakers amongst Thais is abysmal.
Particularly when compared with the Filipinos or even Malaysian.
I try to get my daughters friends to speak English, all they can do is giggle.
This might be of interest...

Lots of serious damage to the bike and himself.
He had a guy re-build it in Kanchanaburi.
