Is it worth anything?
i mean any point in buying one?
Reliable?
worth the 450.000?
will it brake in the first year?
anyone has one?

It will if you drive it. I doubt it will break though, they're pretty good from what I've seen although the interior is a bit dodgy, quality wise.Originally Posted by poorfalang
Cracking little cars, but as usual Kwailand only gets the dullest versions.
Hope so, push down on the pedal nearest the accelerator and see.Originally Posted by poorfalang

main thing is reliability
The sport model is cute.
Good little cars!
Had one in the UK for a little while and it was nice to drive! It was a 1.5, only things I've heard of being problematic are the gearboxes but it should come with two years manufacturers warranty anyhow so no worries there...Other than that they are very reliable! 450,000 Seems like a fair price too!
They look pretty damn good to my eyes, plus if they have anything like the longevity of the Suzi Caribbeans or Vitaras then they'll last forever.
I see more and more of them on the roads here in Phuket lately and if I were in the market for a small hatchback the Swift would be high on the list.
If I decide to buy a little run around it'd be up near the top of my list!!
Not sure you'd fit in it...Originally Posted by jizzybloke

There is a little Mitsu that I keep seeing around; I don't know if it is a new model but it is also easy on the eyes imo.Originally Posted by jizzybloke
Top Gear reviewed it against the Mini Copper and favored it.
My wife and I looked at one a couple of years ago and it's a great driving car. As one poster said the interior is a bit dodgy unless they've improved since.
these still got a 10 month waiting list before delivery ?
it looks like the mini cooper,
for sure a lot cheaper than the mini cooper
10 month? such demand? or its made by hand?Originally Posted by Fondles
I used a Swift over a couple of days, it was an auto and a little down on performance, but one wth the trick engine would be fantastic. I think the performance engine type is twin overhead cam chipped up thing that go bloody great, I would say to really enjoy it a manual gearbox would top it of.
^ the missus cannot use a clutch,
im thinking of getting her a bicycle
Is something like that really practical on the red dirt roads or potholes in the main roads ?
I,d be surprised if it lasted long in Issan , wouldnt wanna go too far off a road with it I would imagine grounding probs , probably ok driving from an estate into town , my mate,s missus in KK has one and does just that ,, allthough when I jumped in with her the car was leaning into the kerb at a hell of an angle
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs
