Back on the case, flying along now. The car that got burned in the fire is rebuilt and redesigned, ready for undercoat.
Body frame should be completed by tomoz night, then its onto all the silly brackets, etc, then bodywork.

Brass dashboard, what a lot of polishing still to do....

I know it looks like the Forth Road Bridge, but the design is so I can mount a travelling trunk and spare wheels, as well as boxing in the petrol tank. Will all look OK when pretty bodywork is in place - and bloody strong as well. Huge welding day tomoz, as only tack welds so far.

Sixteen short exhausts without mufflers ? It'll sound like a light aircraft !

The motors will generate a lot of heat, and with an enclosed bonnet, sides, will the radiator
and fan handle it in the Thai climate, and are you going to insulate the bulkhead to stop cooking your feet.

Amazing, good on ya Hensen, I'd struggle to build a 1:10,000 scale model of that out of Lego.

I look forward to being woken up by the sound, while being a good few hundred clicks away.

This one will probably stay in the UK, if I send one to the Far East it will probably be the Rolls, when completed........

Sorry HENSEN,thought you were building in Thai,so will be no worries giving the work of art a run in the UK.
Mate in Kenya had a Rolls like that many years ago, cases on the running boards etc,
was a good bush car, nice to go to town in it,like a great white hunter without the trophies.

thought the same ; needs some air vents down the side; bonnet also near the bulkhead maybe.

Did you use the rolling wheel Hensen for wheel guards ?

Can't see there being much interest in far east for that Roller when finished.
    States or Europe maybe.
Massive amount of work to get through .
Look forward to the finished articles.

I dont do them for other peoples interest - I do them because its a hobby I like. Not a money maker, although they will probably sell well.

Talking Greetings--- from a soon to return to Ubon Ratchathani Province

My thai Wife & I aim to return from the UK before the year is out - when I have cleared finances. We married in 2006, and came here, but before the year was out, moved to Ubon, for 5 years. been back to the UK for 6 years, and we are both pig sick of the UK. So we have got rid of the Bungalow we enjoyed in Ubon City outskirts, and will be living in Phi Bun Mangasahan. I am over 80, but quite active! Woodturning, and Playing a Lowrey Electronic Organ. Visitors Might well be welcome.
