Thanks for that. I've been trying to throw some prices about as we have a small housing estate to build and I have never done piles. My Thai partner has but wasn't in the same area and no planning was required so he used 2 hexagonal ones because that was the cheapest way The owner is a nice guy but impatient and asked me to stab a guess I guess I'll add 10,000 Baht per pile and that hopefully will cover it and hopefully he'll be happy. Hi there....piling was established as a requirement for the build, with the bedrock layer somewhere between 4 and 8m down. The piling plan was agreed by the OrBorTor My builder had the necessary equipment to drill the pile holes he made cages and inserted, then poured the concrete to form the pile - the piles were cast, not driven so... circular piles, dug, fabricated, placed and cast by my builder to the plan approved by the OrBorTor Engineer
