good morning all, does anybody have any experience with these 'earning money on line' deals going around, are they all scams, or do they really produce?

Ina Radal Davies, a Welshman, said he earned around Bt100,000 each day from running the business for over a year and did not think it was in violation of Thai laws. The two other foreign suspects are Englishmen Mark Sotell and Kieth Goovyer.

He said the Thais, four women and one transvestite - none of them under age - were performing of their own will and were paid Bt1,500 daily, He said he also earned Bt75 per minute of sex chats between the girls and clients, who want to talk apart from watching.

Scrotiumdog posted a thread a few month's ago of these blokes, seems lucrative.

    Of course they're "scams".
Any product or service that wasn't a scam would show obvious signs of having a lot of work put into it, and would have legal protections, and transparency... you know this, otherwise you wouldn't be asking... you're really asking "please say it isn't true"... are you going to ask the same about horoscopes next?
Sex lines used to be quite a lucrative way of making money, but then entry to that business was obscure; now the money's in apps... and I bet there's some [at][at][at][at] selling an online course in how to be a programmer... where they get you to take out a loan and send you a bullshit course that teaches you nothing, and they've made their cut as a sort of broker, preying on the wide-eyed and hopeful who don't read the smallprint... a mate of mine nearly fell for a "learn to be an electrician" scam like that... i drew his attention to what was really being "sold"... he was so desparate to get out of his council job... there are plenty of desparate people in the world you can make money off if you're a merciless fucker.

There are, what? 7bn people in the world, most of them are poor and desparate. The ones with money to spend are the middle classes and live, with a few exceptions (e.g.: Hong Kong, Equatorial Guinea, Qatar), in the obvious places:

Are they going to pay for some online scheme?

^Yep. Lucrative. Ask the two Swedes who are currently serving life sentences in a prison in Cebu, Philippines. Their defense was no bodily fluids were being swapped, it was all voluntary, there were no underage people involved, etc (all true). LIFE without parole. Yep. Lucrative.

^Even worse, they didn't own/operate the business. They were techie geeks hired to set up and run all of the internet crap. Just more (here in the PI at least) of the US-sponsored 'get tough on international trafficking of sex slaves' program or lose all of the money you get from the US. Never mind that it goes nowhere to impacting all of the totally nude, 14 year old girls, live sex show places owned in every major city here by the cops. Fucking US sucks dicks. It's even getting hard to find counterfeit DVD movies here due to the US-funded and sponsored anti-piracy program - from which the cunts claim money is earned to support the big buggaboo of - you guessed it - international terrorism!!!!

^ so corporate American and corrupt local 'enforcers' benefit. No victims are saved, and consumers suffer. Standard stuff nowadays, isn't it?

[the really shameful element, as you pointed out, is how the real victims get zero help whereas the people that victimize them are the very ones (in many cases) working with corporate America (and Europe...) for egocentric profits thinly 'disguised' as moral duties, law enforcement etc; when will the laws be applied to the scumbags that work within the system and maintain its utterly corrupt base?...]

^The lunatic Filipina, religious fanatic judge who sentenced these two poor bastards to life in prison is well known as a nut case. The US State Department (even though there was NO US connection) responded by awarding her a medal for her outstanding efforts in combating the international sex trade. The nut case US Ambassador commented that the Philippines was making 'great strides' in going after the 'foreigners' who were at the root of the problem here.

I know of some guys who sell online. here's the catch, though. what they do is sell stuff with no intention of delivering. after making an excuse that the product failed to arrive, they give the money back, but only to those who ask for it. they figure a certain percentage of people are just too lazy to get their money back. surprisingly, there are a lot of people(25%?) who just forget about the whole thing and don't even bother trying to get their money back. money found!

shady, but smart, isn't it? they're not technically defrauding people, I guess. other companies do this sort of thing all the time. it relies on people's laziness to work.

Yeah i ve heard things like that happening too. One of the old tricks was selling
2 sex aids,2 nipple clamps and 10 dvd porn films for £5.99". dont send them the goods, and if the customer asked for their money back you send them a cheque ( with the(2 sex aids,2 nipple clamps and 10 dvd porn films" for £5.99 ) written across the cheque so they had to deposit it in a bank. funnily enough most dont pay it in. with paypal nowadays thats all gone.

If you're interested in an established, profitable though dormant online business with a real and unique product, not a scam, see my ad in classifieds.

Why don't i run it anymore? It has to be run from Thailand and I will be in and out, and I have been doing other things.
