Why should he if he is having fun?
I currently have 62 orders and returns with Amazon in the last three months, and that includes Amazon fresh and Whole foods market. Let that trigger finger fly, just do not post all your new shit or the broke ass haters will claim that you live in a basement.

Read post #68 and my post may make sense to you.
BTW, can one order from Amazon in Thailand?
Yes, I order from both the US and UK Amazon sites with no problem. Both are registered to my Thai bank A/C. The good thing is, yes they will calculate and include any import charges/delivery in what you pay, though as often as not I get an import tax refund within a few weeks of receiving the order.
Here's an example from earlier this month:
We're writing to let you know we processed your refund of $9.18 for your Order 113-8027095-8194603.
This refund is for the following item(s):
Item: Good Cook AirPerfect Nonstick Large Pizza Pan 15.75" , Perforated Crispy Crust with Cutting Guide, Glimmer Gun Metal
Quantity: 1
ASIN: B097FDW796
Reason for refund: Export fee reduced
Here's the breakdown of your refund for this item:
Import Fee Deposit Refund: $9.18
Thanks for that. I am a big Amazon user.
Surely as we all know Lazada is simply the middleman, they don't actually sell anything.
Yes, post #1 mentions it.
I've recently returned an item to Lazada here in PH. It was a bit of a palaver, so I get why many ppl here (in PH) don't bother with the return process.
Background: I ordered a black dress from a local seller (not from Laz Mall) during their 11/11 sale. I received a yellow one (not black)! The dress fit me but I didn't like the color, so I sent it back. If my desired color wasn't available, the seller could've sent a message saying which colors were available, but she didn't. (some sellers do that - suggest alternative colors)
I went through the online steps & downloaded the generated pdf file on my phone. One requirement was to upload a pic or vid of the item - easy enough. The harder part was finding a drop off station. I wasn't familiar with the couriers that they now use. Formerly, Lazada used LBC which is a big company & has many branches. Now, I had to go to Google maps to see where their office was. Fortunately, it was relatively near to me. (It would be inconvenient for others if they lived far from a drop off point.) Also, if you've clicked "order received" then you can't return the item anymore - some ppl just click on it w/o reading. It says there to not click on it if the item was incorrect, damaged, etc.
I've seen several reviews on Lazada (from different sellers) saying that they (the customer) received the wrong color or size (and they're dissatisfied). Some are OK with the different color or size, but some just give the item away if it doesn't fit/ suit. I think in this case (wrong color or size), the seller knowingly sent the wrong item, thinking that the customer will just accept it (because of the long return process). Tsk tsk.
Sigh. Small rant over.
I feel your pain Katie. Last year I bought a crimson Godzilla (well l'ill KW did), and a blue one arrived. The seller claimed I'd ordered a blue variant of the crimson Godzilla...I explain crimson means red; you cannot. Have a blue variant of a crimson toy. Back and forth, he wanted me to courier back at my cost. In the end, I drove to his shop to exchange it.
if you had got off your couch and gone "proper shopping" in the first place you would have saved yourself the hassle you slothful simian simpleton. In the end, I drove to his shop to exchange it.
I appreciate Lazada more than amazon.
Ordered toys from Amazon, received junk due to poor packaging from both sellers and fulfilled by Amazon. Every single time I order from a Thai seller the items are extremely well protected. On the other hand amazon cheap packaging and minimal protection assures the items will be useless once they arrive.
Also Amazon return policies vary by country. US has prepaid DHL which is fine. UK you have to pay your own shipping and get this....the invoice has to be in English or they won't reimburse you. So even if tracking number, country and price is clearly visible they will not refund you shipping cost.
Ordered hundreds of packages through Lazada. Never late and never lost. Not so with Amazon.
