    Returning items to lazada

i find ts getting harder all the time to return broken or wrongly supplied items to lazada
latest bullsup was i order a meat slicer and received a meat grinder
after going thru their requirements to return the wrong item including up loading a picture of it i have been informed by lazada i have to wait for the seller(2 days) to approve the return
absolute BS its not the item i ordered so why should i have to get the sellers approval to return the item
they make it very easy to purchase items but harder all the time to return anything
my wife says to stop using lazada because of their return policies and i tend to agree with her

^ you will probably expedite the process if you were to send the seller an Email letting them know what you think of them, their product and their online shop.

I rarely buy anything on line but my daughter does and she agrees with your wife.
    She never uses lazada.

I had a similar issue with an item that went belly up after 10 days of use, after several communications it was decided by the shop that sold the item that I should send the item back to them, they would repair it and send it back to me. When I asked how long that would take, they could not tell me.
So I threw the item in the garbage , whent to a local shop and bought another one . And that was the last time I bought anything of any value from Lazada.

    Nothing wrong with old school.

    exactly.

the laziness of people these days only encourages producers to churn out and advertise poor quality product on platforms like lazada, attracting the attention of naive consumers who cant be bothered to get off their arses and support local businesses. just about every town in thailand will have businesses selling food processing equipment.

Eschew Lazada and Grindr and all their untimely dubiety,
You may try Ali Express but v slow or Taobao it's all basically similar Chinese products.

My son put me onto shopee which he said is much better than Lazada. My experiences with Shopee have been good (although not tried to return anything to either).

its not being lazy sport. its about finding the product you want a a reasonable price which happens (sometimes) or lazada
the seem to jack up the price on a lot of items in lot of the shops on phuket the meat slicers in the local shops were commercial ones all costing over 12000 baht
the one i ordered from lazada varied from 1200 t0 3500 baht it was the same meat slicer but different suppliers
when they refund my money i will order the same one again but check it at delivery if they don't like me doing so tough luck

i have given lazada a review as they
requested but they wont like it and will probably delete it
if and when they return to my wallet the money for the return and i have spent it i will use shoppee for any online purchases
i have purchased over 300 items from lazada and reviewed every item as they requested and i have noticed they do not like honest bad reviews

You had the option to buy your meat slicer 'face to face', but you didn't like the price.

Hard to believe you would give bad reviews, you seem like such an easy going amiable chap.

    som nom naa.

a much better use of your time than posting 300 reviews on the internet would be to get off your lazy arse and actually visit a real living and operating store, there you would be able to see, touch, enquire and assess the product before you buy, thereby saving yourself the inconvenience and upset of having to return a product to websites run by american and chinese billionaires who couldnt give a fuck.

you would also be supporting hard working local shopowners and their staff struggling to survive thanks to the disappearance of customers like yourself.

    fuck amazon and lazada.

[QUOTE=malmomike77;4404913]Peter, are you sure its the website
i placed a order with them and did not get a confirmation of the order until the following day by email
i received a email from google saying shopee were having problems with their web site
it still said on their web site i had no orders outstanding

so i returned the email cancelling the order and they sent me a sms saying they would have to confirm with the seller i cancelled the order with even though it had not been shipped
    so you tell me OK

Yeah, sure, you miserable old whiner. You calculate that time from when you posted until when I posted.

It makes as little sense as anything else you endlessly whinge about.

Lazada et al must be an absolute boon to anyone living in Phuket who isn't a mardy get, comparing it to buying sweeties in the 1930's.
