Wasn't there some Covid-related subsidy or price freeze on utilities? Maybe that expired?

Or am I conflating that with Social Security?

Our monthly bills are about the same as yours, and about the same as my dad used to pay quarterly in the early seventies.

    Seems about right.

    Comparative costs:

My leccy bill in Saudi for last month was a whopping SAR 52 (THB 459). The weather now is quite mild. When it starts to get stupid hot and the AC goes 24/7 my power bills look more like SAR 500-700 (THB4500-6200). For my wife and daughter in Aotearoa New Zealand their power bill averages about NZD 120 (THB 2700).
    pues, estamos aqui

I must spend 10 minutes a day going around the house switching things off.

Electric was about 35p a day 12 years ago.
Last year about a quid a day, this year so far about £2.00 a day.
Gas prices for me have actually gone down since the ex left.
    Shalom

    Summers a coming

In Pattaya you used to see loads of expats sat in the shopping malls all day
Some of them thought they could fly too

    1800 baht a Month. That's a fukkin tenner a week

Imagine if you had Council tax and rates

Get used to prices going exponentially higher. Its amazing that it took this long. Near vertical money printing from around the world. Hmmm i wonder what that will cause...

And they all did it. From Australia, to US to Japan, all of them.

Gold seems to be one of the only things that isn't going up. Because the whole banking cabal is holding it down with a big scam.
