    Getting the K bank app to work

    I downloaded the K bank app it worked for a few days now it won’t open and freezes my phone (android), I have to reboot the phone through pressing the power and volume up controls at the same time to unfreeze the phone, every thing works fine after apart from the k bank app which continues to freeze the phone when I open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app however still no luck.
    Anyone have any ideas.

    No probs with mine on a Samsung phone, if that makes any difference. They've got help page with contact details if you click on the 3 ... dots, bottom right of the home screen. Might be worth asking them, maybe there's a known bug or get-around with whatever android device you're using.

    Where is that page on the website or the app which I can’t access?
    I tried my iPad which is wifi only, the k bank app apparently doesn’t download through wifi gggrrrr.

    ^The screenshot is on the app, but there's obviously an email addy too that might be helpful. I've got the app on my Samsung mobile & tablet and downloaded it on both devices via wifi so I'm not sure what you've got going on there...

    Had a similar problem, but luckily when I uninstalled it, I installed it and it worked. Have you tried contacting the K-Bank helpline?
