    Playstation 5

Has anyone purchased a PS5 in Thailand recently? I cant for the life of me find a retail shop that has them at the advertised price. Only thing I can find are imports for around 30k baht when the price for the digital only version is supposed to be 14k.

The fact that you are a geriatric old fool is becoming more glaringly obvious by the day.

And yet, I am so much closer to reality than people who choose to play games when they are supposed to be adults. Don’t worry about it. I’m not.

I don't have any video games but i was thinking of picking up Need For Speed Hot Persuit remastered.

Good way to kill some time here and there.

But anyone who spends hours every day playing them are idiots

What's wrong with a bit of PS or X box fun? I have a PS4 and enjoy road racing games as well as sniper and Tank warfare. Now I am not a "Gamer" and I do not play every day. Maybe once or twice a month when the weather is too hot to be outside or its raining out.

There is nothing wrong with it unless you are an out of touch ancient old coffin dodging Luddite.

Let's be honest here, these machines are not children's toys any more.

Nothing I want to play on it right now. Why bother?

These things always need 2-3 years after release for any decent titles to come out.

Exactly. Anyone that has spent five minutes playing any Grand Theft Auto game knows that those were not made for children. The average age of a gamer is 34 years old, and 70% of gamers are eighteen or older.

Sadly, some choose to devote most of their waking hours to these “games”.

That is a very sad state of affairs in my book.

Some are obsessed and addicted. No argument there. Some make incredible money playing in tournaments and programming. The majority are casual users. I enjoy having a buddy over and we get after it. Lots of trash talk, good fun and lots of laughs.

I wish I had time at all to play my PS4.

Some people might watch a movie every night, well, the way these games are now you can practically play your evening movie.

You can learn a lot about vehicles, weapons, history, wars etc

I tend to learn a lot about getting killed, too.

I got the console to play this game in particular, but its still on pre-order at the moment. Some of you may recognize the protagonist from another very popular TV series.

Just cleared out my desk/PS4 corner last night. I have some unfinished business with Battlefield One. Last time I played I tried to lower the difficulty but it said I would have to start all the campaigns again.

6 months away from it and I think I'm willing to start again and get it done.

    Those fucking planes.
